This is practical, guided tutorial designed to help you support each other properly at home.
Sessions take place in my quiet, private studio, away from distractions and interruptions. It gives you the space to focus, ask questions, and practise without feeling rushed or self conscious.
You learn what actually helps and what often makes things worse. Where to place your hands. How much pressure to use. When to stop. And how to work safely around common problem areas like the neck, shoulders, lower back and hips.
I guide you step by step, adjusting technique to suit the people in front of me rather than a one size fits all approach. Every body moves, holds tension and responds to touch differently, and the work reflects that. Some couples want to focus on a specific issue. Others simply want to learn how to give each other something genuinely relaxing, without trying to fix anything at all. Both are equally valid, and the session adapts accordingly.
No scripts. No awkward choreography. Just clear instruction, feedback, and time to practise together.
These sessions suit partners, friends, carers and anyone who wants to feel more confident using touch to ease tension. You do not need prior experience. You do need curiosity, communication and a willingness to learn.

The techniques I teach are tailored to what your partner’s body actually needs, whether that is tight shoulders, a stiff neck, jaw tension or general end of day fatigue. I show you where to work, what to avoid, and how to adjust pressure so it feels supportive rather
than tiring.
It is about making touch feel easy and natural again. Supportive rather than effortful. And woven into the day rather than added to the to do list.
You leave knowing how to help each other feel better, in a way that fits naturally into daily life.

Focused Routine
This option is for couples who want a simple lie down routine that targets a specific area that regularly causes problems.
You work on a bed or mat and focus on one main section of the body such as lower back and glutes, shoulders and neck, or another area that needs consistent attention. The routine is kept clear and manageable so it is easy to repeat at home without second guessing.
The techniques are tailored to your partner’s body and their specific tension patterns. I guide you on positioning, pressure and sequencing so the work feels supportive and safe rather than improvised.
This package suits you if you want more structure than Practical Everyday, but without committing to a full body routine. It gives you a reliable go to sequence for the area that matters most.
You leave knowing exactly how to help where it counts, with a routine you can return to confidently.

Signature Session
This option is for couples who want to learn a full body routine, or who want the session shaped entirely around what they need.
We are not limited to one area or one approach. The session can include full body work, focused upper body or lower body sequences, or a combination that reflects how tension shows up for your partner. I draw on the same skills I use in my clinical sessions and adapt them so they are safe and usable at home.
Techniques are tailored closely to your partner’s body, with time to refine hand placement, pressure and flow. I guide you in how to move between areas so the massage feels connected rather than disjointed, and how to adjust as needs change.
This package suits you if you want depth, flexibility and confidence, without being restricted to a set structure.
You leave with a personalised approach you can adapt over time, and the ability to support each other in a way that feels thoughtful and responsive.
